Marietta Firms Celebrate Merger with Open House


Omega HR Solutions, Inc. held its open house to celebrate the merger with Georgia Health Administrators. The company was formed in order to provide comprehensive human resources assistance to small and mid-sized companies.

“Omega HR Solutions (www.omegahrsolutions.com) was created to provide small and mid-sized businesses with solutions to their human resources problems,” said Paul Brayton, co-founder and President of Omega HR Solutions, Inc.

“We have combined our companies in order to provide a wide array of HR services to our clients, including an Internet based human resources management system, compliance consulting, management advisement, recruitment services, employee testing, and benefit advisement and selection,” said co-founder and VP, Michael Haberman, former President of MDH Consulting.

Brayton, formerly of Georgia Health Administrators, an Atlanta based insurance brokerage founded with Karle Stinehour, said, “We joined our efforts to better serve our clients. We wanted to be able to help them with their companies beyond just handling their insurance needs.” Haberman added, “Small companies often do not know who to turn to in order to get help with personnel issues and we wanted to be the one resource for them.” Stinehour, also a co-founder, said “We are excited about the ability we have to be able to bring GHA’s history of excellent customer service to our combined customer base.”
