Access Benefits Merges with Omega HR Solutions

Marietta, GA December 14, 2001: Access Benefits and Omega HR Solutions, Inc. announce the merger of the two Marietta based firms. Mark Steen, Principal of Access Benefits, said “Access Benefits joined with Omega HR Solutions in order to offer its clients a much broader set of products and services in the human resources and employee benefits arena.” Karle Stinehour, Director of Sales with Omega HR Solutions offered, “ We are happy to have Access Benefits join us. It will allow us to expand our sales operations while taking advantage of economies of scales by merging the companies.”

Founded in November of 1998, Access Benefits provided group benefit programs to small and mid-sized clients. These clients will now be served by Omega HR Solutions, a Marietta, Georgia based firm serving over 300 clients. Founded mid-2000, Omega HR Solutions, Inc. offers comprehensive human resources solutions, primarily to small and mid-sized companies. These solutions include human resources automation, group benefits, pre-employment screening, testing, training, human resources consulting and payroll. These solutions allow companies to have one source for solving their employee related problems.
